BASF is growing! We are seeking a Data & Documentation Specialist to add to our digital team! This role can be in our Whitehouse, OH location or remote. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical process data, Technical Data Sheets & training documentation for technology and process solutions reference, sales teams selling argumentation and customer focused training material for BASF North American refinish brand paints (Glasurit, RM, Baslac and Limco). You will be the Regional and Global interface for North American technical process data, TDS & training documentation requirements & demands.
Formula for Success- Leveraging your digital, e-learning background, preferably in the refinish industry, you will create, modify, and manage technical data sheets in the for North American and Global products. Utilizing your knowledge of the refinish repair process, you will develop and support regional adaptation of technical process documentation as a member of the global application team. Your digital focus will be essential as you manage North American process data and interact with our Chemists and Trainers. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will serve you well as you interface between regional and global Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to align on TDS and process documentation. Demonstrating your knowledge of the refinish process, you will support the development of Global and Regional technical training documentation for self-guided and instructor-led training. Using your excellent organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, you will report process outcomes, resources utilized and resource forecasting for all North American applications projects and activities.
