Job Description Summary:

Associate Manager coordinates and supervises day-to-day operations of associates in their region of responsibility as well as work assignment changes based on service level needs. Position will plan, organize, and direct associate standards of quality and ensure consistency is met across the system. Associate Manager will help the sports medicine department manage competencies/strategies and operate in a cost effective manner.
