Our search firm (Landid) has been hired by a leading Ohio-based energy company to find a smart, action-oriented, and process-driven Remote Recruiting Coordinator to provide logistical support to the organization's hiring efforts. This is NOT a recruiter role, but rather a coordination/operations position that will ensure call center and field service recruiting processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have coordination and/or administration in their background - as we need someone who can manage process/details, align hiring teams, and work against deadlines. Candidates with some HR or recruiting in their backgrounds will receive strong consideration.
