The travel and tourism industry is starting to see a rebound, and we are looking to add to our team.

Snelling Hospitality is an executive recruiting firm that places hospitality candidates in hotels and restaurants nationwide.

I am looking to add a Full time recruiter to the team. The Ability for quick growth is real.

The position needs to be based in Ohio. No application will be accepted if the candidate is outside of Ohio.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit because we can teach the recruiting, but the hunger and drive needed to succeed is a must.

The best candidate will have the following:

• Energetic, Service driven individual with a great sense of urgency
• Strong phone skills and remote capabilities
• Experience in Hospitality, sales, restaurants or travel and tourism is a plus
• Experience with providing outstanding customer service.

Understanding LinkedIn is a must: Can be taught, But having a profile is a start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
