Human Resources Analyst (Open to Remote)Job Summary
The Human Resources Analyst supports the business by administering programs, processes, and policies. Assignments include (but are not limited to) analyzing and manipulating confidential data, HRIS transactions, clerical support, and special projects as assigned. This role requires strong analytical skills.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Audit data to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. Provide recommendations on process improvements.
  • Maintains and updates employee information in human resources information system (HRIS) in support of HR programs.
  • Analyzes confidential employee related data such as personal data backgrounds, and compensation/payroll information.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Presents and explains findings to senior leadership.
  • Assist with other Human Resource projects such as the organization of meetings, company events, communications, departmental budgeting.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and best practices.
  • May assist in the facilitation and implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and exercise judgment to accomplish goals
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
  • Advanced experience in MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and develop relationships with the business
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication
  • Possess a willingness and drive to learn and has a sense of urgency
  • Workday or HRIS experience is preferred
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • At least two years working in an administrative capacity in a high volume, fast paced environment
